Work work work and Alto Bio Bio

This summer I probably will be working, as I always do on vacation. I enjoy the idea of work and know people and earn some money for the future. But this year I wont work at any place, like I usually do (waiter, forest worker, real virtuality manager, etc). This summer I will try to do my internship for journalist.

I've thought a lot about this where I am gonna work? when I will start? Its going to be dificult? I have a lot of questions that I've been responding through the time.

I'd like to work in TVN. It's still been a public channel, probably It doesn't noticeable to much, but Is the most public channel of all others. 




Other place that I'd like to work is viax. Its look like a good channel to start on tv. They a have a lot of tv shows that aren't similar like the other ones that you can find in the national tv. It looks like if they were experimenting with tv. That's good to me because I wanna Experiment too.



As I've been doing for the past 3 years, In the end of summer, I'd like to go to hiking some mountains near my town, Los Ángeles. Cañicura, Pirquinco, La Mula, El Barco are places that not to much people know despite the fact that they are paradise on earth. They are Big lakes on the Cordillera de Los Andes, near to Provincia Alto Bio Bio. Those are my favorite places that I've been.

A delicatessen without competition


Let's be clear. I am a food fan, not the first one but I am definitely in the top ten. Any kind of food is good for me no matter the taste, the origin, the colours, or anything.

Obviously there are some food that I didn't have the pleasure of taste them ¡There's a lot of dishes in the world!

If I start to talk about my favourite food, it comes to my head the image of my mom. She taught me the love for the Italian food. She isn't Italian or half Italian or half half Italian, but she really likes the pasta. Her most iconic dish is "Tallarines con crema y pollo" or "Tagliatelle con crema e pollo" in Italian. ¡Its delicious! But... is not my favourite food, is the second one. Its similar to my favourite food.

My favourite food is "Tallarines con crema y atún" ¡O God! Just think on them my stomach start to yell for a bit of that delicatessen. Every sigh after think on that dish it's dedicated for the days that I didn't eat it.

This is a dish that eat at home when my mom isn't around. She didn't like it. The first time that I taste them was in a camp o scouts. There I spend the entire morning making a base for our patrol corner, so we didn't have time for a breakfast, and we eat "Tallarines con crema y atún" on the lunch. I repeat dish.

They are the perfect combination between softness and salt.
